Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer refund of purchase price minus a 10% restocking/cancellation fee. Postage and handling costs cannot be refunded. Items must be returned in good order within 14 days before a refund will be given.

Important: If a Free Shipping option is used and you wish to return an item or items, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

All orders are checked for breakages or faults before they are shipped – however please contact us to discuss if there is a problem with your item that we may have missed or if you think damage has been done in transit. Any damage done in transit will need to be reported by the customer to Australia Post.

Please take care when ordering when it comes to t-shirt sizing as sizes do differ quite a lot between styles or brands - chest measurements are always the best guide to size of a t-shirt. Chest measurements provided represent the shirt and not the measurements of your body.

General Exchange Policy: Garments can be exchanged upon availability for a different size as long as they are in new, unwashed and unworn condition. Please check individual garment sizes before returning the items as sizing varies between the manufacturers. The buyer is responsible for the delivery costs both ways in a size exchange.

All exchanges must take place within 30 days of your order leaving our warehouse.

Australian customers: You must include a self-addressed prepaid post satchel for the new item to be sent to you. Please provide clear instructions so we can send the new size back to you. Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending anything back.

Sale Items items CANNOT be exchanged or returned as all sales are final on discounted products.

International exchanges: Please arrange a foreign exchange in advance via email as we will require you to pay the shipping costs before we can send your exchange item to you. We also need you to include clear instructions in the return package so there is no mistake when we send you the new sizes.

Any returns or exchanges must be arranged via e-mail before you send the items back to BigTees Australia.
